Q- What does A-ZoTT mean
A- A-ZoTT stands for the A-Z of Trusted Traders.
Q- What is the A-ZoTT for?
A- The A-ZoTT is designed to help you when trading on the associated forums by showing feedback scores for existing traders.
Q- How do I find the traders I am looking for?
A- The A-Z lists are sorted alphabetically by trader’s username.
Q- What does everything on the lists mean?
A- The list displays traders in bold with total +ve and -ve references in brackets.
Referees are listed below the with date of feedback in dd-mm-yr.
References are also sorted by the forum on which they were posted and all traders have tags next to their name to show which forums they are active on ([e]=esato, [m]=mobile-review, [s]=se-nse)
Example:
Trader (No. of +ve Refs, No. of -ve Refs) [eg]
+ve:
-[example]
Referee, Date posted
-ve:
-[example]
Referee, Date posted
Q- How do I leave feedback for a trader I have dealt with?
A- You must post your feedback in the A-ZoTT thread on the relevant forum:
esato feedback thread
mobile-review feedback thread
se-nse feedback thread
Q- Can I leave negative feedback?
A- Yes, of course both positive and negative feedback is welcome though every negative reference must include a clear and valid reason for posting it. This is in the interests of preventing unjustified negative feedback e.g. in retaliation.
Q- How does my feedback get to this site?
A- That’s my job, I will transfer all valid feedback onto the A-Z lists.
Q- Why does my feedback not appear on the list straight away?
A- Unfortunately I don’t have enough time to update the list daily and it may often be a week or two between updates.
Q- Why is my feedback score lower than my total number of references?
A- The feedback score represents one point per unique referee. This prevents false scores being created by two people leaving each other repeated feedback.
Q- Do you guarantee that a trader is trustworthy?
A- No, the A-Z is merely there for reference and cannot guarantee the actions of any individual.
Q- How do I read the original feedback post?
A- All negative feedback includes a direct link to the original post. Unfortunately it is impractical to apply this to positive references too and you must find the post in the relevant forum thread by date.
I would suggest that it is usually not necessary to view the original post for positive feedback and that the feedback score and referee reputations are a good indicator.
Q- What does A-ZoCT mean?
A- A-ZoCT stands for The A-Z of Commercial Traders. This is a recent addition to the site which shows feedback for commercial websites rather than private traders.
Q- How do I post feedback to the A-ZoCT?
A- Please use the contact form on the A-ZoCT page.
